Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancies, or other health concerns prior to receiving services. Elle's Thai Massage is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or unknown medical conditions.
Massage services are provided with the client’s consent and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time upon request. Results may vary between individuals.
Elle's Thai Massage does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a licensed healthcare professional before booking a session.

By booking, receiving services, or accessing the Elle's Thai Massage website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled online, by text, or email and are subject to availability. Appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrival may result in a shortened session while the full service fee still applies.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up for an appointment may result in a charge or loss of promotional eligibility at the discretion of Elle's Thai Massage.
First-Time & Promotional Offers
First-time client deals and promotional offers are valid for new clients only and may not be combined with other offers or discounts. Promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to the session. Elle's Thai Massage is not responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
Scope of Services
All services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. Elle's Thai Massage does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or sexual services of any kind. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing applies only to qualifying services and time lengths.
Gift Cards & Credits
Gift cards and service credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Personal Belongings
Elle's Thai Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Right to Refuse Service
Elle's Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including safety, comfort, or policy violations.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
